Abakoresha Facebook na Instagram muri Kenya bagiye gutangira kwishyurwa; mu Rwanda bite?

Perezida wa Kenya, Dr William Ruto, yatangaje ko ibiganiro yagiranye na Meta, ikigo gifite imbuga nkoranyambaga za Facebook na Instagram, bigiye kugeza igihugu cye ku kuba abakoresha izo mbuga bazajya bishyurwa.

Ni ibintu bimenyerewe mu bindi bihugu aho umuntu ushyira amafoto, amashusho n’ibindi bintu kuri Facebook na Instagram ashobora kwishyurwa, mu gihe yujuje ibisabwa. Ni ibizwi nka ‘Monetization’.

Ubwo buryo bugiye kugezwa muri Kenya nk’uko byatangajwe na Perezida Ruto ubwo yari mu birori byo Kwizihiza Umunsi Mukuru w’Ubwigenge, Jamhuri Day.

Ati “Mfite amakuru meza ku bahanzi bacu batekereza amakuru yo gushyira kuri Facebook na Instagram. Ejo hashize Meta yiyemeje gufasha abo bantu muri Kenya kugira ngo bajye binjiza amafaranga.”

“Nyuma ya gahunda y’igerageza, abujuje ibisabwa mu gihugu, Meta izabafasha mu kwagura ‘Monetization’ bibemerere kuba bakwinjiza ibibatunga mu gukora ibyo bakunda.”

Kugeza ubu mu Rwanda uretse urubuga rwa YouTube, Google, Twitter na TikTok nizo zimaze gushyiraho uburyo bufasha abazikoresha kuba bagira icyo binjiza binyuze mu byo baba batangarijeho.

Ku bijyanye na Facebook na Instagram, ntabwo uburyo bwo kwinjiza amafaranga burahagera gusa hari abatangiye kuyasarura.

Uburyo bikorwa, umuntu uri mu Rwanda, akorana n’uri nko muri Amerika cyangwa ikindi gihugu gifite ubwo buryo, noneho akamufungurira urubuga rwa Instagram cyangwa Facebook, akarufungura nk’Umunyamerika.

Nyuma yo kurufungura, ahita aruhereza wa muntu uri mu Rwanda noneho akajya ashyiraho amakuru , amafoto, amashusho cyangwa ibindi. Icyo gihe ruba rukora nk’ururi muri Amerika.

Igihe cyo kuzuza ibisabwa iyo kigeze, wa muntu atangira gusarura amafaranga ariko bigakorwa na wa wundi uri muri Amerika noneho akayoherereza uri mu Rwanda.

Kuri izi mbuga nkoranyambaga abantu banakoresha bandikirana, basangizanya amakuru n’ibindi, ahanini usanga nk’amahirwe yo kuba wabona amafaranga menshi biterwa n’ingano y’abagukurikira, ni ukuvuga abareba ibyo usangiza abandi ubinyujije ku rukuta rwawe, bamwe bitwa aba ‘followers’.

Uko wakwinjiza amafaranga kuri YouTube itunze benshi mu Rwanda

Uru rubuga rwa Youtube rumaze imyaka itari mike rushyizeho uburyo bwo kwemerera konti zikurikirwa na benshi, kwinjira mu muryango w’abarufasha kwamamaza ibikorwa by’abafatanyabikorwa; uwemererwa gutangira gukorera amafaranga mu kwamamaza ku mashusho bashyiraho ni uwujuje ibisabwa gusa.

Uwemererwa kwinjira mu muryango w’abamamaza (YouTube Partner Program) agomba kuba afite abamukurikira (subscribers) 1000, amashusho yose yashyizeho yararebwe mu gihe cy’amasaha arenga 4000.

Ushaka kwinjira mu muryango w’abamamazanya na Youtube, ajya kuri konti akoresha, agakanda ku ifoto imuranga iri ibumoso mu gice cyo hejuru, agahitamo ahanditse ‘Creator Studio’. Uwageze muri icyo gice akanda ahanditse ‘Channel’ ibumoso, akongera agakanda ‘Status and Features’ ubundi agahitamo ‘Monetization’.

Iyo wujuje ibyavuzwe byose bisabwa, uhabona akarongo gatambitse k’icyatsi kibisi ndetse n’ijambo ’Eligible’ rikwemerera kuba wasaba kwinjira mu bamamazanya n’uru rubuga. Kugira ngo ufunguze konti ya AdSense ugomba kuba wujuje imyaka 18, biba byiza iyo ufite konti muri banki cyangwa ukoresha ’PayPal’, ifasha umuntu kwakira no gutanga amafaranga binyuze kuri internet. Utanga kandi n’amakuru yafasha Youtube kurushaho kumenya ugiye kujya yohererezwa amafaranga uwo ari we.

Amafaranga yasaruwe mu mashusho ashyirwa kuri Youtube yoherezwa buri kwezi muri konti ya Google Adsense. Ibi bikorwa kuva ku ya 10 kugeza ku ya 14 za buri kwezi ariko bigakorwa gusa iyo yageze ku 100$, ibi ni nako bigenda ku ya 21 aho yoherezwa kuri konti ya banki yatanzwe mu myirondoro.

Urubuga Video Power rutangaza ko mu gihe hari abibeshya ko kugira umubare mwinshi w’abantu barebye amashusho washyizeho bituma winjiza amafaranga menshi atari ko bimeze, ahubwo yinjira bitewe n’abagize icyo bakora ku matangazo yamamaza yashyizwemo.

Ubwoko bubiri bw’amatangazo nibwo bukoreshwa mu kwamamaza kuri Youtube, burimo ayishyurwa bitewe n’abakanzeho (Cost Per Click) n’abarebye (Cost Per View). Amafaranga abantu bishyurwa atandukana bitewe n’agenwe na nyiri gikorwa cyamamazwa.
